Managing Director

Shanti Sapkota a young and Cheerful Lady is our Managing Director, mother of organization. Being a member of priest’s family, she follows the mantras from the Taittiriya Upanishad, Shikshavalli I.20 that says: “matrudevo bhava, pitrudevo bhava, acharyadevo bhava, atithidevo bhava “. It literally means Mother is God, Father is God, Teacher is God and Guest is God.Beside travel and trekking business she also believe in the responsibility towards the society and good Karma (deeds). 
She owns a vegetable farm where she grows the fresh vegetables along with the local women and the wives of the guides and porters of the company. The guides and porters also help her during their leisure time.

Tour Leader / Trip coordinator

Dhurba Sapkota, is the Tour leader of Trek to Nepal Travel & Tours PVT. LTD. Dhurba grew up in a traditional Nepalese home where traditional values were instilled upon him. It is Nepalese culture to treat guests with the highest respect and always put them first. This is the basis of how Dhurba operates his tours. 
Dhurba began his working life as a porter, assisting trekkers with their luggage up and down the trails of the Himalayas. He then progressed to a trekking guide and worked for many years guiding travelers to reach their goals. You can probably imagine that with this kind of background, Dhurba is all too aware of what customers want and need on their adventures in Nepal. He knows trekking in the Himalayas and what it entails like the back of his hand! He worked hard to progress, and now he is working with us. He is an avid supporter of responsible tourism and all the tours he offers reflect this. Dhurba promotes a friendly and informal working environment and heads a tours that is service orientated and always puts the Guests needs first, last and in between!

General Manager

Badri sapkota, a cheerful dedicated young man is our General Manager. A student of a Management, he is responsible for overseeing the entirety of an organization’s operations.  He is here to help for our group operation from ticket re-confirmation to reservation to create your itinerary. He has been working in tourism over 10 years.
He helps the organization for promoting and marketing the business, he also led trips some times in Nepal. India and Tibet Kailash and have been to all of the major trekking routes in Nepal including Everest, Tibet, Kailash, Annapurna, Chitwan and trainned as trekking guide from Govt. of Nepal and hold license. He loves travelling so have travelled to UK, Austria, Spain, German and Asia quite a bit. He has been leading some of our marketing trips to UK and Europe couple of times.

Guest Relation Manager

Santosh Prashad Rimal, young and Cheerful man is the Guest Relation Manager of Trek to Nepal Travel and Tours. As a Guest Relation Manager, Santosh responds to the phone and emails around the clock, answering queries, offering trip suggestions and coordinating unforgettable, once in a life time tours in Nepal, India, Tibet and Bhutan. His back ground as a guide gives him ideal insight into what it takes to make a perfect trip.
He continues to provide superior customer service after the guests are long gone. He Coordinate and manage communication between guests and staff and follow up to ensure complete service recovery. He helps for our group operation and dealing with client’s issue.
He have been working with us since establishment and enjoying it. He also gives hands some times in marketing and has been to all of the major areas in Nepal and has a great interest in social work as well.
He provides all guests with above-and-beyond service to ensure their experience will be worth remembering. He ensures that all guests are happy and satisfied with the services we have provided.

Website Operator

Pratik Joshi is smart and honest resident of kathmandu has been contributing to this office since establishment. Pratik keeps our website updated. He does this in the best possible way and in perfect working order resulting the young fellow to be the backbone of all our online operations. All our staffs seek out for him as soon as they face any sort of computer related problems as he's an expert at it and he is always ready to help his colleagues that too with a happy and cheerful smile that could freshen up everyone's mood. He has successfully impressed everyone with his efficient hard work and people are pleased by the enthusiasm that is seen in his work.

Accountant

Amrit Rijal is hardworking and very efficient working team as an office accountant. He has been serving in the agency since establishment. Since then all of the indoor activities as paper works, documentations, legal procedures and banking transactions are handled by him. Being educated and qualified, he handles legal documentation task, banking transaction and other official works.
