Important documents and items
- Valid passport
- 2 extra passport size photos

- Separate photocopies of passport
- Visa form
- Proof of insurance
- ATM cards, Credit card, traveler's checks, Visa card, Master card, etc. for withdrawing cash if required.
- Dollars, pounds or Euros for exchanging into Nepali currency

- Light balaclava or warm fleece hat

- Headlamp with extra batteries and bulbs

- Small pad or combination lock-to-lock for trek bag

For Sleeping
- Sleeping bag rated to zero degrees F
- Sleeping pad and air matrices(only in camping trek)
- A pillow case(in case there are limited pillow in the guest house you can make a pillow of your own material)
- Sleeping bag liner(if required)
Travel bags
- Daypack (approximately 2500 to 3000 cubic inches)
- A large duffel bag for clothes
- A medium backpack or suitcase for airplane carry on
